Mark Philippoussis Looks To Score On the 'Age of Love'
While the US Open coverage was on, tennis hunk Mark Philippoussis featured in commercials previewing the new dating show of the NBC, “Age of Love”.
As the “stud”, Mark Philippoussis will try to decide if he wants to get it on with a bunch of 20-year-old or 40-year-old “women” while under the TV eye. It will be the NBC take on shows like “Big Brother UK 2007”.
The last girl friend of Mark Philippousssis was teenager Alexis Barbara so anybody who didn’t recognise the tennis hunk now has a pretty safe bet that the “stud” will aim for the younger “women”.
Anyone who has seen a show like Big Brother UK 2007 will be betting the following:
- contestants will be kidding themselves if they think they will find true love;
- the younger girls will be hoping they get the exposure to later land them a big paycheck TV gig - it won’t happen;
- all contestants can at some stage expect themselves to be humiliated;
- modelling agency will not want any of the contestants as prospects because of their exposure on “Age of Love”;
- some contestants will fade into obscurity after they are removed, evicted or decide to leave for “personal reasons”.
A quick look at Alexis Barbara would enable us to be excused for thinking Mark Philippoussis already was a stud before he went on “Age of Love”.At least Mark Philippoussis will be able to fall back on tennis as the “scud” if the “Age of Love” fails to make him a star.
