Sania Mirza - India's Tennis Rising Star Enters Top 30
Sania Mirza kicks it through to the top 30 and celebrates with a win over Martini Hingis in the Los Angeles Classic.

Mirza is only the second Indian player to make it through to the top 30 after Ramesh Krishnan did so in 1987 reaching a top rank of 23.
Sania Mirza has performed consistently well over the year when she started out with a rank of 66.
At the San Diego Classic she managed to get through to the quarter finals before falling victim to Maria Sharapova. Sania Mirza can improve her ranking again with a back up strong performance and the Los Angeles Classic.
